Culturally competent pre-employment psychological testing, short-term counseling, critical incident debriefings, trainings, and more designed to support public safety agencies.

TCTI is the trusted resource providing 24/7 critical incident response, peer support training, and pre-employment psychological testing, and training for hundreds of agencies nationwide. First Responder Wellness

Vetted & Approved by the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP), the Peace Officers Research Association of California (PORAC), and the California State Firefighters Association (CSFA)

Our FOP vetted and approved status only applies to our Residential programs as they do not currently vet Outpatient programs.

First Responder Wellness offers intensive, evidence-based treatment programs tailored exclusively to first responders. In our residential and intensive outpatient programs, we provide training, treatment, and resiliency tools for those experiencing operational stress, burnout, substance use, post traumatic stress injury, and other job-related challenges to reset and return to work stronger than ever.

With a 94% return-to-work rate and a 70% average reduction in trauma scores (PCL-5 / PTSD), FRW is a proven tool for workforce stabilization and retention.
