Our Training Approach
Every course is culturally competent, taught by instructors who understand public safety culture and speak the language of first responders. We eliminate jargon, keep sessions practical, and focus on performance, not pathology.
Training is also flexible. Agencies can send staff to open enrollment courses hosted throughout the year, or host a course on-site, tailored to the needs of your team.

TCTI regularly hosts open enrollment training sessions available to any agency or individual participant. These courses are ideal for smaller departments or individuals looking to build skills without hosting an entire program.
