Retreats & Multi-day Workshops for First Responders
Shift Wellness programs are carefully crafted by our team of clinicians and subject matter experts for department leaders, teams, individuals, and spouses. Through evidence-based modalities, we teach practical skills and tools to improve mental performance and build resilience to avoid burnout.
The following retreats and multi-day workshops are typically hosted in small groups to foster a trusted community. When people connect with one another, they realize they are not alone and are able to experience tribal healing.
Just as physical fitness and nutrition support our bodies, retreats offer the brain the fuel and exercise it needs to stay healthy. Deciding to try a new path takes courage, but our proven results show that it’s worth it.
